What does a TVOC level of 9.999 mg/m3 mean?

That the determined Total Volatile Organic Carbon (TVOC) has been measured at 9mg/m3 which is far in excess of a safe Indoor Air Quality for humans.

There is no safe TVOC level...and the limits for each depend very much on the product being used.
