Is it that you already have all three standards and are thinking of integrating them, or is it that you have say one of the set and want to add the others in an integrated system? Or indeed are starting from scratch? That will make a difference to which experiences are relevant.

In my previous life, we did create an intergrated management system for (18001) 45001, 14001 and 9001 based on PAS99. It was an onerous task but at the end it worked very well. If you send me a PM I will put you in contact with my old business partner who is still consulting and who I am sure will offer some advice. Edited by user 13 July 2021 12:47:44(UTC)

I personaly couldn't set up the system to comply with its defined environmental policy and specifications, so I assume you'll also need professional assistance as Gerry Knowles suggested.

Well done Roundtuit for spotting the small print! Quite apt given that the last thread I was reading comes down to Ts&Cs

Yes, I have done this in the past though it was OHSAS18001 and not ISO45001. The clause numbers between the standards should align with one another. You just need to look for the instances that the 3 standards have particularly in common ie things like document control and Management review. Now document control does not matter if it is a QA, H&S or Env document. So, one procedure across all three for Doc control and one for Management review. Although the paperwork is slightly different RA is not so far away from Aspect / impact assessment, when wording your procedure, which is going to be quite general. Lots of people tend to have document numbers to help identify which area it belongs to, but some may be across the board. So, you end up with things like QD1 or QP1 or QI1 ( for quality document, Procedure or Instruction) and then Environmental ED1, EP1 and EI1…. You get the idea. The ref numbers nay be longer if you want to include a functional group within you organisation. Management review is also common across all, but be warned if you have one management review it can be a real marathon to get through in one sitting, but it does help to talk of all three in one go. Make sure lunch or at least snacks are provided if you do this. A lot of what you do and set up will depend largely on what you have already in your organisation. You will of course end up with some procedures that may be entirely QA for instance, which is fine. Not sure exactly what you are looking for in your question, so don’t know if this helps at all.
