Could anyone point me in the direction of any on-line articles and books on Effective Conflict Management Techniques please? Also, any effective free on-line learning resources for using Excel Spreadsheet formulas.

gordon j I think you would be more likely to get helpful answers if you split your thread into two. You have two entirely different QQ, but the thread heading makes them look like one.

There are loads of videos on YouTube about Excel and developing formula etc. One lady Leila Gharani has a really helpful channel

I feel it's entirely possible that the two questions relate to the same issue, and there is a conflict over how to use Excel.
