Hi all,

I'm trying to navigate the EU health and safety legislation as we have just opened up a new office in Paris. I have a colleague in Paris that says there is no need for Fire, Water or H&S Risk Assessments in offices based in Paris, and to be honest I cannot find any evidence to the contrary. I have searched the EU OSHA websites, and even contacted them 4 times or more with no response. Do any members on this forum have any information that would help me?
