Does anyne have an action plan based on the plan, do, check, act that they would mind sharing (or the template at least)

Thank you for the reply, sorry this is my first post on here and I did type it very quickly as was heading to a meeting. I am wanting to create a 5 year forward health and safety plan for the whole company and also one for each region, before I create a template to include the plan, do, check act, I wondered if anyone had one that they wouldn't mind sharing

It was more of a general template I was after that I could adapt for each of our companies and each region I cover. I will create something this morning.

So PLAN, DO, CHECK, ASSESS,(AUDIT not ACT)

 

I think you might be mixing up the PLAN bit which I would say is your policies and overall procedures(ie WHAT you want to DO) with the “Action Plan” which is the DO bit; that’s HOW and WHO. So for each Objective in the PLAN you identify  HOW you are going to do it and WHO will be responsible  for delivering it. To keep it SMART  you will need some sort of KPI’s and someone(H&S Committee?) will need to CHECK and monitor progress. At some point you will need to AUDIT the whole thing to make sure that it is actually working (External Review?). Repeat until you have a fully developed H&S management system creating a positive H&S culture.
