Rank: New forum user		Is there a minimum number of staff that requires a D&A Policy to be in place? I.e. A H&S policy is required for more than 5 - is there something similar for D&A? Thanks

Rank: Super forum user		There is no legal requirement to have this policy generally. You may require it because of the type of business you are and then it should be written so everyone understands the requirements of it.

Rank: Super forum user		I am always on the look out for snake oil salesmen(and women).Was it one of them that suggested that a D&A policy was a legal requirement?
