E-learning hosting - MLM Pyramid scheme or Legit source of revenue?

Hi all, I've been cold-called by a company offering to host e-learning courses via my website and the courses to be sold with my companies branding, no upfront costs and 50% revenue from all courses sold. It's just the type of background income I've been looking for and would be a boon for my company and help bring traffic to my website... but it seems 'to-good-to-be-true' and I'm wary. I've contacted a few of their exisiting customers and they have all been very positive about the system and company, but someone stuck in a pyramid scheme etc. would wax lyrical about the trap they're in so I'm still not convinced. Has anybody had any experience (positive or negative) with hosting e-learning on their website.
Thanks in advance.

Asking has answered your own question - too good to be true. Legitimate businesses do not need to piggy back on the web sites of others. You will be used as a carrier for unvetted problems coming straight back to your door step.
