Good morning all,

The document I am trying to locate has been replaced by HSG 253 (The Safe Isolation of Plant and Equipment).

I have a requirement to review the standards outlined in the original publication against HSG253 but cannot seem to find a copy of the original document in order to do so. Has anyone still got a copy they could share with me please?

My email is: nickgrad25@icloud.com

Thanks in advance

Nick H

I threw away my hard copy of the original about a month ago and don't think I have an electronic copy. I do have some notes based on the original. Was there anything specific you needed?

I was mainly looking to review the differences between the isolation matrix standards. One of my clients has described the continued use of the original isolation methodology as it better fits with their operational experience and plant design?

I did a lot of work around PTW design for COMAH sites a few years ago but just can't seem to locate this document?

Thanks

Nick - if you actually need to see the original text, you could find a copy in a specialist library.

Good luck, Peter
