I have been setting up a CDM job for a housing association. Completed the PD stuff usually I run the PC as well. In my previous contracts I have taken over as PC from another PC and signed a handover document. I cant bloody find a copy to use.

Really important I hand this over properly as I have concerns about the person taking over (no safety qualifications, doesnt understand what a PC does, keeps mixing PC and Main contractor up) so I want to cover my behind. Anyone got one I can template?
