Hoping for some advice please....I have been asked to author a couple of Risk Assessments relating to HGV Transport: 1. Hooking /un-hooking of Flat bed trailers on an incline (as per they are in the loaded trailer park)? 2. How to deal with flatbed trailers in winter and when they are covered with snow/ice prior to loading? Any advice/resource/links will be greatly appreciated from anyone in the know as I really want to do the best I can. Thanks.

In the 'Ideal' world, you should be seeking input from both the people who actually do the job, and their supervisor/manager, as they (Probably) have greater experience in the task/s,
You would then review for company and legislative compliance etc etc,
If nothing else you need to observe the operatives doing the task before you commit anything to paper,
Just my opinion, others are widely available :)
