Rank: Forum user		Good day Safety Team....During routine operations a small motor weighing around 10 kg has fallen from a 5 tonne Demag overhead crane to the floor, constituting a Near Miss, as the crane itself has not collapsed, would this be a reportable incident to the HSE in your opinion.
