Around 150km offshore I wish to advise the project team regarding the requirements for the rope access workers who will be 'over the side' working over the sea. The project will provide a standby vessel for recovery, in addition to a vessel with a hospital bay. As this is offshore renewables I don't believe I've seen relevant guidance for this, so I may need to consider Oil & Gas given how more advanced that industry is. We hope to set KPIs for response times, etc. Any advice appreciated, thank you.

Hi John - what do the rope access technicians and their companies say?

My starting point would be IRATA guidance including that specifically for wind turbines.
