Yes, I agree, are you looking for a document management system or something else. All policies and safe working procedures / general procedures will be specific to your organisation. You might start by listing out all you want the “system” to do for you, then perhaps ask if there is something that can do that. Chris

Thanks for responses. We currently use a compliance management system for logging planned preventative maintenance but looking for something more flexible that can be used on a phone and has improved reporting, so just putting feelers out to see if anyone can recommend a better system.

I assume that you have talked to your current supplier? We are I the process of bidding for money to obtain something along these lines and like you we want it based around mobile technology rather being linked to a desktop. The vendors all seem to be bending over backwards to convert their exist products into something mobile.
