Hi, My company is operating in a new warehouse under a licence to occupy agreement. The landlord has not been able to provide installation details of the roller doors within the warehouse. Is it acceptable to use the doors without first seeing the engineers installation report?

Still waiting a reply or have you bitten the bullet and decided to use the doors anyway?

Personally I would be more interested in what the occupancy agreement says about who is responsibe for maintaining the doors (and how) rather than a piece of paper stating they had been fitted (which like an MOT is valid on date of issue only).
