Hello all, my company is looking to implement a H&S management software that will allow us and other areas of the business to to access certain pieces of data. We currently log incidents, carry out investigations, audit sites, track audits etc using different forms and softwares (iAuditor for audits, funnily enough). We're wondering if there's any out there that roll all of these functions into one piece of software so everything is centralised. We also want our field staff to be able to report incidents on the fly, instead of calling their boss and making a statement, who then reports it to someone else, who then reports it to us.

Does that make sense? I'm not convinced it does.

Off the shelf software rarely fits with bespoke requirements.

Your organisation and its expectations would need to alter to suit a providers all-encompassing package

There are many different systems out there that can do that and you need to be clear what you want it to do and your budget. This has been asked before so if you search the forum you should find some answers but some companies include -

Exotix

Eco-online

Notify

As it all really depends on what you want I will not recomend any but as they are off the shelf products you may well get frustrated with things but I believe they really bring value if the right system for you

While my company isn't using them at the moment, we recently had a demo from Evotix and their system seems heavily customisable. Every question we had regarding a possible scenario they had answers for.

Best of luck finding what you need.
