Good afternoon.

Due to the recent change in the Road Traffic Act, all longer semi trailers require route planning & risk assessing.

As we have 12 of these vehicles there is a lot of routes we use. The additional pain I have is that all diversions from the set routes needs to be covered in the risk assessment as well.

I am trying to set up a generic assessment that covers High/Medium/Low risks which has been challenging.

Has anybody come across this ? if so could I look at a template to review.

Many thanks

Chris

Hi Chris

Why not take this up with the IOSH Logistics specialist Group?

This legislative change will impact many of those who are in the Group.
