Morning all ,

In respects to contractors that come onto site - can anyone recommend something automated that will tell me that a specific contractors insurance is expiring so I can chase them (and preferably to upload the new certifictate)

I'm trying not to use a calendar event if I can help it , and just wondered if anyone was using a bit of software that would do the job ?

Thanks

This can be done on an ERP (business software) if you have such a thing (SAP being one of the most prevalent).

Excel spreadsheet with conditional formatting on the certificate dates - green in date, amber due to expire, red expired.

We use the spreadsheet as a tool to review all supplier performance (not just contractors) so it is opened at minimum once a month for our review process.

Excel is your best bet. If you DM me, I'll be happy to knock something up for you.
