Hi all,

I am looking at creating an easy to use RAMS template for a contractor for them to be able to submit there method statement and risk assessments for the task they are going to complete.

I have seen many RAMS submitted over the years and find most quite poor due to there format. Has any kind IOSH members got some quality templates i could view?

A RAMS template should be an easy thing for any H&S person.

Have a look through the guidance here, they provide examples:

Google is your friend here! For a bog standard method Statement you can download one here https://www.darleypcm.com/download/ms/blankmethodstatementtemplate

and another nice gaggle of templates here https://www.hsedocs.com/categories/free-downloads/

But remember RAMS are only as good as their content so take a peek at those and see if they help
