Hi Folks

I am looking to carry out peer to peer interviews on our employees by supervisors/managers.  Idea is to change behaviour by challenging them.  Looking for them to chat to employees and assess their PPE compliance and challenging them how they are doing jobs and following procedures etc etc.  Has anyone any samples/forms they use as a chcklist to guide supervisors to ask right questions etc.  Eddy
