Can anyone please recommend someone who can carry out a compartmentalisation survey and fire risk assessment on a high-rise block of flats partially covered in unsuitable cladding, and located in the South London area?

To complicate matters, the building also has an underground car park.

The Fire Brigade are involved in this situation, and so the work carried out, and the resultant report, will come under close scrutiny.
