For a lift for goods we work according ISO12100, 13849 and the other basic norms.

But "eliminating several risks" will not be possible.

Therefore we will implement a "full fence" (fencing till full height) that cages the whole machine and the goods (ISO14120, 13857, 13854, 13855) - simular to what you would do to cage a robot.

nobody is alowed in the zone while the lift is working. access is only possible if all items are safely positioned on the ground. only then the lock of the fence can be opened (ISO14119).

Since we use te "collective protection" we would not focus on the specific featerures of the ISO 81-50 lifts. - since we can't get the total compliant - and we solve it anyway with the overall fencing.

What is your opinion about that way of working?
