Hi, should a PFI client/agent/entity, enter their name on our Duty Holder Matrix confirming that they as welll as the FM provider have a duty under legislation for L8 and Asbestos? I wondered what thoughts were out there.

That would depend on the agreed contract, no?

I've worked on PFI's where the original landlord retains the sort of duties you identify and outsource them to a third part M&E contractor
