Hi It awas accident on site but the person involved wasnt off he was still carried work but classed as a light duties . Do i need to report it still under Riddor? as per my understaning Riddor should be sent only if person is completely away from workplace for 7 conductive days. For any advice thanks a lot

Hi, it is RIDDOR reportable if it is covered by the following This is where an employee, or self-employed person, is away from work or unable to perform their normal work duties for more than seven consecutive days (not counting the day of the accident).
As you can see if they cannot perform their normal duties for 7 days it is reportable.

What was the accident? Did it fall under any of the other crireria for reporting?

Also need to establish that it was work related
RIDDOR only requires you to report accidents if they happen ‘out of or in connection with work’. The fact that there is an accident at work premises does not, in itself, mean that the accident is work-related – the work activity itself must contribute to the accident. An accident is ‘work-related’ if any of the following played a significant role: - the way the work was carried out
- any machinery, plant, substances or equipment used for the work or
- the condition of the site or premises where the accident happened
