Dear All, I am looking for some help/guidance in preparing a service level agreement for HSE support and services for my company which is a petrochemical plant. We currently are heavily engaged in operational support activities and very less time for assurance jobs. Looking at preparing an SLA to make it clear to all, what can be expected from HSE team, the role and deliverables. Appreciate your support in whichever way possible. Regards, PN
