we have a guy who was face fitted last year, he left the company about 6 months ago and has now returned. Nothing has changed except personal circumstances. Does he have to be re-tested? or as long as its the same mask / model hes ok?

Personally, I would test him again as he's basically a new employee. He might have gained (or lost) a few pounds since he was last with you, or maybe had some dental work. Better to have an up to date test record I think.
