Looking for some advise, I’ve recently gained my general certificate and I’m looking to become a member of IOSH. I have 3 years experience in a management role and 4 years prior to this as a supervisor in the M&E sector of the construction industry. What grade could I apply for?

i think it would be associate, unless you have 2years or more in health and safety
