Hello

The company I work for are looking to buy an online/cloud based accident management system ideally one which has an app so that it can be accessed by our remote workers via their mobiles.  I have looked at a couple of companies and the cost difference ranges from £1000 a year to £7,000.  Can anyone recommend a system? What were the pro's and con's, do you still use it and a rough idea of costs as well.  Many thanks

Accident management or management of accident reports - two entirely different entities one of which involves the prickly subject of press and public relations which no reputable company in their right mind would entrust to an on-line application.

The other really is what suits your business and is the closest match to your current system to make it easiest for your staff to pick-up and run with.

As to costs that depends upon how many licences you want and how many you actually need. You need to question how many of these remote users truly need access and how many it "would be nice to" but then will never actually use the system
