Dear all,
The company that I am working have recently bought a existing building and would do some refurbishment works, demolition works etc. We havent awarded a Prinicipal Contractor yet. so being the client I am responsible to conduct a HSE Site Audit / General Risk Assessment of the premises before we allow any Project Members to visit the site. Does anyone have a sample HSE Inspection checklist or a Risk Assessment for an existing facilities that I could use?
