When our building at work was upgraded a new disabled toilet was installed. It has not emergency red pull chord / alarm fitted. ​​​​​​​I would have assumed that this was a legal requirement but dispute mentioning it to Health and Safety and then facilities nothing has happened. Is one actually required?
