Surface water run-off and waste waters typically flow through the local water authorities treatment plants which start with screens and filters for coarse contaminants of the type these nets appear to be catching. Anyone constructing their own Effluent Treatment Plant and seeking discharge consent to sewer or waterway will have to comply with conditions set by the Environment Agency and Planning Authority

So environmentally friendly by collecting all the rubbish people put into the water, saves on manual handling, however needs a crane to lift out! Can’t help feeling there is a flaw there somewhere.
