Hi All

My company is still working with the old paper method and cards in terms of reporting accidents/ incidents/ close calls/ near misses on site.

Is there any tools available anyone can recommend within a reasonable cost mechanism (or free.. :) ) that I can approach my board for me to propose us getting way from the slow paper based reporting to a faster online/ app approach?
