If, as is stated, the obligation to protect life overrides the compulsion to wear a beard then does it not follow as the duty of each individual to protect their own life by being clean shaven to wear RPE when required?

Covid-19 may be a unique situation but given the frustrations of many on this forum with face-fit declined on religious grounds the message being relayed is that religious leaders have no such objection.

Intersted to know if Prof Makin has had a bout of selective hearing or that the wider religious community do endorse the statement being made

I was under the impression that H&S law trumps the discrimination act, turbans on building sites excepted, when necessary. Wasn't this the point of that vegan topic that looks like it has mysteriously vanished?
