Good morning all

I was hoping someone can help with regards to a Training Needs Analysis for Asbestos Cat B training. At the moment we have a number of operatives due to expire with their Cat B training. As an organisation we have taken the stance of annual refresher courses, but under the circumstances that is now causing us an issue and looking at what the options are.

I appreciate there is no 'expiry' date for this training and we should look at a traing needs analysis. My thoughts are under the circumstances is a three month extension reasonable to put in place and ensuring that those who have expired have had regular training up until this point and are regularly involved in this type of work, follow the SSW. My worry is that we have some who are due to expire and may not have had as much experience as others.

Has anyone done anything similar or could give some advice on what things we should check and whether this is reasonable please?
