Hi all

COVID19 and reusable masks with P3 filters - after some advice/guidance

Usually filters would be changed when the user struggles to breathe or recognises the performance of the respirator has deteriorated, however, working with COVID patients within the NHS in high risk areas would this suffice or should a timescale be put on the use of the P3 filter?

Would depend on the manufacturer's detailed instructions, drawn up on the basis of a lot of testing etc.

Supplier instruction on the filters seems pretty consistent - whilst you can re-use the holder the filters remain limited....

Yes, personally very disappointed the headline failed to deliver the nirvana we are all currently seeking.
