Are there are any UK Healthcare Trusts that complete ligature point surveys within their respective Trusts?

I would appreciate if any Trust would be willing to share their ligature survey template.

Also, I'm seeking information on any training courses that Trusts send their staff on to learn how to complete the ligature survey.

Any information would be appreciated.

This HBN gives some guidance on compliance along with RDASH Ligature policy...primarily for mental health units so make sure you have the appropriate scope...
