Can anyone point me to guidance on the safe working load compliance for our suppliers who deliver their goods to us in FIBCs

We regularly get FIBC bags filled in excess of the safe working load by about 10%.

I did wonder whether it would come under PUWER, although that is not clear.

Any help would be appreciated

More of a LOLER issue either because the bag is overloaded or if you then overload whatever lifts it.

If not overloading either, you have a generous supplier if not charging for the extra content.
