Hi, 

Does anybody know of any guidance in relation to PPE on the use of an Impact Mole. 

Any information would be greatly recieved

The risks are similar to hand excavation and working around buried services.  The PPE you recommend should inlcude protection from arc flash / contact with live electric services amongst the other hazards you are likely to encounter.  You can PM me if you would like to discuss.
