Hi guys, new to H&S so take it easy. I'm currently looking at WAH on domestic staircases and the best method of temporary access of 1 hour (2 hours worst case scenario). I'm thinking either a PASMA access platform or a combination ladder? This would also then involve a level of PASMA training, any guidance would be appreciated :)

I agree please give more details next time. Domestic house hopefully, not a block of flats.
There should be a list of rental companies that can provide a safe working platform for trades working on a staircase, try a Google search or asking trades people what they already do or ask a rental company what they can provide. Just off the top of my head,
I've seen Podium Steps with the ability to lower one side of the steps, several rungs down, i've also seem platforms using temporary aluminium scaffolding to form a platform.
Balancing on a dodgy ladder or box should be avoided.
Basically, you want to remove the risk of a fall.
That's all I'll commit to in the short term, I work at height on many contracts in my job, there is always a safe way to work, often cheaper than a court visit.
Happy Christmas.
