Hope we are all well.

I work in the construction and rail sectors. Does anyone going on site doing inspections/audits, when they are doing a "walk round" and they come across their company employees/contractors does anyone do a survery/question set (i guess employee engagement) to gague how informed the operative(s) is of safety protocols. 

Im looking at putting alittle something together if anyone had any examples.
