Can I ask for opinions reagarding the "Close Contact" criteria outlined on the government/NHS covid website.

My question is;

Does the close contact example of "Being within 1-2 metres for more than 15 mins" relate to all settings or just indoors in areas where ventilation levels limited.

I understand that it is all areas including outside. We are meant to maintain social distancing at all times unless household, social bubble or work bubble; this applies to inside and outside. Hence the issues with spreading as people are not aware.
