Construction in Eire - Construction restarting in Eire

Due to Covid-19 but with exceptions; non essential construction was halted in Eire at the begininng of January 2021.  Does anyone know when construction can restart or when the Eire government are due to review non essential contruction in Eire please?

I think they extended the Level 5 restrictions (which include construction) until at least 5th March 2021 at the review on 27th January
