Hello,
Is anyone able to advise if they know please? if you live in the postcode area where the SA variant of COVID has been found it is clear the message is stay home and get tested, but there is no guidance of what to do if you're negative. Can you leave your home and go to work (essential workers?)
As always, thank you in advance
Sammy

On 2 February, Mr Hancock told BBC Breakfast that people living in areas where the new variant had been identified should be taking even greater steps to avoid social contact. But this advice was not backed up with tougher restrictions. "We're in a national lockdown, so there is not a stronger law we can bring in place that says: 'Really stay at home'," he told Breakfast.
So nothing indicating any additional measures where surge testing is being conducted.
