Hi All

i have had a project manager ask what we need to do in order for someone on his project be able to go on site with his arm in a sling.

the person with the arm in a sling is looking after the snagging lists of the job, he wont actually be working (on the tools) but will be on the actual  site compound.

can anyone advise what we would need to do in order to make this happen?

cheers

Hi Sean

You probably need to think about where this person will need to go other than the site compound.

Then think about what risks there are which could be excerbated for someone who in effect has only one fully mobile arm. Possibly not many.

....and may be you should be wanting to see a note from a medical practitioner as regards any conditions on the person's fitness for work.
