Rank: Forum user		Do the Regs still apply? Do the Regs apply to all Dangerous substances above 25 tonnes? A fire authority has challenged if we have notified the relevant authorities and to be honest, I had not heard of these Regs before. Also if they do apply and the 25 tonne threshold has been met then doesn’t this also make it a lower tier COMAH site? Thanks Edited by user 19 May 2021 20:14:15(UTC) \| Reason: Spelling error
