Hi all,

working towards ISO 14001 and require an energy tracker. Does anyone have this on Excel spreadsheet? I've looked on line but only found domestic use. Just need some ideas of formatting etc.

thanks in advance for any help.

with regards,

Hi Warren

If this is for an organisation, it should know how much it pays for electricity, gas, potable water, sewage, telecomms and any other utililities and the pricing structure for each of these.

For example you will pay a standing charge for water + a price per unit volume which may vary depending on usage.

So, cut your consumption you may get a reduced price but that will be likely to be dependent on whatever standing charges are in place and other variables. Increase consumption similar considerations apply.

If you have some bright graduate or school leaver that understands basic applied maths, if you tell them what you want to monitor they can probably design a very simple excel spreadsheet to inform you.

Alternatively it may be possible to adapt what you have found for a domestic user.
