Hi All,
So would I be correct in thinking that the filters on a portable LEV being used for minor welding activities would be classified as hazardous when dissposing of them? Thanks.

That would depend if the contaminant was classified as hazardous. 15 02 02* absorbents, filter materials (including oil filters not otherwise specified), wiping cloths, protective clothing contaminated by hazardous substances - MH
OR
15 02 03 absorbents, filter materials, wiping cloths and protective clothing other than those mentioned in 15 02 02 - MN
