we have a new starter arrived today who has a lot of dreads and the standard issue Hard hat doesnt sit correctly.  I'm searching for a better alternative atm, but does anyone have a brand or model they know works well with dreads?  Online descriptions are pretty poor when looking for something a little more specialised.
