Hi  All

I am looking for advice on Podium Step ladders. Most of the low level Podium Step Ladders used on Construction sites have edge protection  approximately 750mm. The Working at Height Regulations state in relation to  work at height involved in Construction work "the top guardrail  or other similar means of protections shall be at least 950mm"

While  I understand the Podium Step ladders are to the EN 131. My question is it acceptable to have a Podium Step Ladder on a Construction site with a hand rail of 750mm even it  has an  EN131?
