Good afternoon all, Would anyone happen to know where can I find the Polish Law on H&S in English? Anyone who could provide any information on the subject would also help. I've found a post here which is somewhat 10 years ago and links do not work or they are in Polish. Thank you very much!

Hi Mr Curious Don't know but guess that mostly the law in Poland derives from EC Directives, so perhaps your first port of call is to download the Non Binding Guides to various EC Directives - in the English version!

Some are available in word but in polish...word translate works to a degree but can give you eroneous results...

This https://www.ciop.pl/en is an overview in English and this is the official EU OHSA outline of how H&S works in Poland- https://osha.europa.eu/en/about-eu-osha/national-focal-points/poland Youi need to remember that the Polish Legal system is based around Codes- the legislation does not exist as discrete Acts etc but exists as integrated documents, in this case as part of the Labour Code, which covers employment law including H&S.
