once loged in at top of screen under MyIOSH is the option "My Profile" once your profile comes up which includes your email down left had side is option "edit profile" not sure if it works yet - i have a feeling i had to contact IOSH direct a few years ago to change something on my profile

Brian, thanks but when I hit Edit profile I am unable to edit my email.  

Don't understand why it is so difficult, so many other sites make it easy.

 No i think i had the same problem when i wanted to change my address a couple of years ago - but hopped it had changed. Hope the link page given above works as i will need it soon as well.
